Dont forget suicidal obsession, order of protection obsession, fascination with the prehistoric planet, and Cold War spy antics. They pretty much ran the gamut

2:27…..I love the oops look on the dude caught on camera singing along in an imaginary bromance with Sting.

I cried the day the Police broke up. I still wish they would do one more album.

It’s definitely a hell of a lot better than the whiney emo crap that bands play now! The Police had songs about war, about archetypal forces and the Theory of Synchronicity, and just about every other subject you can imagine. Their songs had real meaning, with Sting’s genius songwriting. There isn’t anything like this anymore. Even “Message In A Bottle” which was a song about loneliness and despair, had an edge and twist to it. At the end, the character realizes he’s not alone.

    dang thats good!
Copeland uses ‘tradition style’ for holding his drumsticks…hmmm….and he uses like a circling pattern on the snare…most interesting!
