iPod 64 GB Touch - One Word, NICE!

Got iPod 64 GB Touch for Xmas. Speaker is much louder than previous generations I've seen. Screen resolution is crisp, movies look grrrreat! 64g is plenty of memory for a large library of music and video. I have approximately 7500 songs, 5 full length movies, 1 season of my favorite T.V. series, and 70 apps (with 3g to spare). Apps are a blast to work with (police scanner, maps, live webcams, games, facebook, reference, tons more).

All that's missing is a camera. Maybe next year. With wi-fi in your home, you will find yourself using your cpu/laptop 50% less. If you have the $$ laying around, pick this one up.

iPod 64 GB Touch - Much Better Than I Thought

I am very happy with the iPod 64 GB Touch. I especially like the things that surprised me: podcasts and internet radio. One of the first things I did after receiving the iPod was to purchase a $1.99 app called "Tunein Radio" and it is fantastic. Then I discovered podcasts... there are a ton of them available for free (who knew? I didn't). I am very pleased, and all my fears that existed before I purchased the item were unfounded.

The only downsides that I can find are the small memory (I am used to the classic ipod with a bigger hd) and short battery life. I have been using it alot, and the battery is not lasting for a full day (the new hasn't worn off yet). They could put solar cells on it (there is some room) and maybe that would help battery life.

But overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

iPod 64 GB Touch - WOW!

I ordered my iPod 64 GB Touch a few days ago and Amazon got it to me in one day with free shipping and gave me a better than Black Friday price due to some problems I had with ordering. Great customer service!!!!! The iPod 64 GB Touch is beautiful.....my son is trying to take it from me as I gave him my old iPod.

Now he wants one. My hats off to Apple for making such a wonderful device. I am not tech savy so it took me a while to figure things out as we share three iPods on one computer, so managing downloads for each device (as we all have different tastes in music) is a bit of a pain. But after several hours I figured it out and loaded my favorite music and a bunch of free apps. My only issue is my hands are so big that the iPod touch feels very small and I am afraid to drop it but I am sure I will get used to it.

Amazon gave me 5 bucks in MP3 downloads and I immediately used it.....amazon made it very easy to download MP3's into my Itunes so it was hassle free. Its a beautiful thing.
